Here’s a task for you. Think of the most unusual thing you’re likely to see in a Tesla dealership.

Whichever strange and bizarre places your imagination took you, (no, we don’t want to know) we’re pretty sure it didn’t take you to the Munich Tesla Showroom earlier this week when U.S. ballet dancer Sara Michelle Murawski dropped by to dance with the tangerine Tesla resident at the store.

Virginian-born Murawski is in her second season with the Dresden Semper Oper Ballet and decided the 2011 Tesla Roadster Sport would make an excellent accessory to dance with.

Donning a matching tangerine Tutu, Murawski posed for a photo shoot with the car, which will be added to her website in due course.

A graduate of the Kirov Academy, Murawski has already danced her way through a great many of the ballet repertoire. But as far as we know, this is the first time she’s shared the stage with an electric sports car.

We’re pretty sure the Tesla would make an excellent reward for any ballet dancer after a day on their feet, especially if the dancer wants to avoid the terrible fate of the lead character in Darren Aronofsky’s Black Swan.

Who said the arts were dead? If every Ballet featured an electric car, we'd be there in a flash.

And no, in case you were wondering: Tesla really aren’t giving away tangerine tutus with every car.
